  • During holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout (when offered).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out.

🌸 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and skincare-related, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This protects the integrity and safety of our offerings.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return for processing.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original (if eligible) and place a new order.

🌼 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saasha@ayursangha.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🌺 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale items (final sale, unless damaged/defective)

  1. Email us at saasha@ayursangha.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged/incorrect).
